  I've had nothing but issues with this office. The only nice thing I have to say is Allstate as a company has been good. The service has been slow, and no one here ever gets back to me. I've called Rob a few times, and everytime there is a "He isn't here right now" and another excuse. I had to go to the office by Wild Fusion to actually get back answers and help with my policy. Maybe he is not staffed well? Or just not knowledgeable? Regardless, as a business owner myself, when a long time customer calls me, I always answer, if not call back! This place inst even open sometimes until 10! I have nothing but positives to say about Allstate, and the office thats now helping me out, but this specific office is just never available to help - adequately or on time.

  I had an excellent experience with Quest, after a friend referred me to him. I had one half-hour meeting with Kyle where we went over my documents, after which we had a few interactions by email. I soon received my updated filing papers with clear instructions on signing and mailing them. It was incredibly smooth, especially that I was in a complex situation, working on F1-Visa Optional Practical Training, and could not find adequate guidance online. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and resourceful. When I had additional forms not covered by standard software, he was able to find it and recommend the right way to include it in my filing.
